What people always ask us.

Where do I find you when I land?

Right in front of the arrivals door. No shuttle, no counter: you walk out and your car is ready, zero steps. When we confirm you give us your flight number and we tell you the exact spot.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight. If you land late we know before you do, and we are there anyway: no extra charge and you don’t lose the car.

Can I cancel if my plans change?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to two weeks before pick-up.

Do I need a credit card?

No. It isn’t required: it’s one of the main differences between us and the big counter companies.

I'm under 23, do I pay more?

Yes: up to and including 22 there is a young driver fee of €10 per day, capped at 14 days per rental.

My flight lands in the evening?

We also deliver in the evening. You get one free hour of grace after the office closes; beyond that, out-of-hours delivery is €30, and €80 from 22:00. We tell you when we confirm, never at pick-up.
